- Visited local schools with safety programs featuring Freddie Firetruck.
- The Fire Dog and Tinko visited nurseries and kindergartens.
- Installed smoke detectors for qualifying Lancaster residents.
- 12/8/04 Firefighter Billy Morris was awarded the Star of Life by Midlands District EMS for heroism
above and beyond the call of duty resulting in a life saved. - July 2005 Firefighter Billy Morris was awarded the Jeff Chavis Medal of Valor.
- Captain Troy Robinson - 2006 Fire Officer of the Year.
- Engineer Jason Laney - 2006 Firefighter of the Year.
