| Extrication |
- All firefighters are
trained in hydraulic and
pneumatic cutters and
spreaders, as well as,
high pressure air bag
operations. - The Lancaster Fire
Department provides for
all extrications inside the
city limits. - All firefighters are also
trained in advanced
extrication procedures to
include: Automobile,
Large Trucks, Buses, and
Machinery. - All necessary equipment
is stored on Rescue 1, a
state-of-the-art vehicle
designed for fast
deployment.
